 Having inherited and bought several Carpets over the years I now needed to bring them back to their original splendour. Trust is a very big issue when passing valuable articles to people you do not know. So I gave Kilimshop one large carpet .... handed down from my parents and which had not been cleaned for some years. The results were superb ... so over the next few months the Company cleaned all the Rugs I had with great Professionalism and Care.
I would not hesitate to recommend this Company for good service. They simply know what these carpets mean to the people that own them.

We found all the details online, called and had a chat about what was needed, and could tell that Ufuk was the right person for the job. Our rug was picked up from our house, repaired expertly, and returned a couple of weeks later. The rug now looks fantastic again.

I have recently had my Afghan rug repaired at Kilimshop and I cannot praise the work highly enough.

I was devastated when my puppy ate a considerable amount of my rug and couldn't believe I would ever find a way to repair the damage.
A frantic search of the Internet led me to Kilimshop.co.uk. I emailed explaining the situation and got a reply almost immediately. When I sent photographs of the damage I was assured a repair could be undertaken and was given a very reasonable quote for the work.
The rug was collected from my house and delivered back again once the work had been completed.
I am amazed at the quality of the repair as no one would know it had ever been damaged. It is impossible to tell where the dog had chewed it. To say that I am delighted is an under statement and I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

We had a persian carpet that we wanted cleaning. Having searched the internet we found KilimShop that were fairly local to where we lived. The reviews that we read for KilimShop were very reassuring so we contacted them for a quote, which they answered very promptly with quoted that we found very reasonable and accepted. The persian rug was returned to us and we could not believe the difference in the carpet they took away and the one they brought back, it was as if we had just bought a new carpet, it had been brought back to life. It had brought the pile up and we could not have been happier with the result. I would certainly use them again and would not hesitate to recommend KilimShop to anyone.

Like several other customers we had some concerns in sending off our rug based on only a website and a short conversation with the proprietor (Ufuk).
However we should not have worried. We sent off a dirty rug with nasty vacuum cleaner damage to 2 corners. We got back a rug that looked just like new and the price was very fair.
I recommend this clean and repair service with absolutely no reservations.
